On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, I would like to extend you a warm welcome to the IEEE International Conference on Signal, Information and Data Processing 2024 (IEEE ICSIDP 2024). This conference aims to introduce the latest technological development and academic research hot issues of Signal, Information and Data processing, as well as their applications, and provide a platform for leading researchers from both industry and academia to present their state-of-the-art accomplishments, engage in discussions, share experiences, and foresee future directions in the field of signal processing theories and applications.

All submitted papers to this conference were reviewed by both the technical program committee and peer-reviewed experts based on publication format, originality, significance and clarity. Finally, 137 papers were selected for oral presentation and 550 papers for poster presentation. This conference is honored to feature 8 keynote speeches, 9 tutorials and 171 invited talks from distinguished experts which will share with us their latest research results and their insight to the future signal and information processing development. Throughout three conference days, 40 oral presentation sessions and 10 poster presentation sessions will be given. To our pleasure, the selected papers and invited talks cover a wide range of Intelligent Sensing Signal and Information Processing, Radar Signal and Data Processing, Signal Processing for Communications and Networks, Remote Sensing Data Processing, Multimedia Signal Processing and Computer Vision, Wireless Sensing and Biomedical Signal Processing, Speech, Audio, Acoustic and Sonar Processing, Photon/Quantum Signal and Information Processing, Signal and Information Processing in Advanced Applications, etc.
